If the user cancels the room booked 24 hours before the check in time then the user will lose 5% of the advance amount paid to the hotel and he can use our website within a month of booking of the first date then 10% advance amount will not be collected from the user for the second booking. If it is more than a month then he has to forgo 10% advance amount paid to the website. For example the user booked a room in a hotel for Rs.1,000/- and he has paid Rs.100/- (10%) to the website and 5% to the hotel (Rs.50/-) and he has booked the room for 1.8.2025. On 30.7.2025 he cancelled the room booking online, then he will not get Rs.50/- paid to the hotel whereas Rs.100/- paid to the website will be considered if he books a room within a month, i.e. on or before 1.9.2025, in such case there is no need for him to pay 10% advance amount i.e. Rs.100/- to the website. If he books a room for 1.9.2025 then he will lose this 10% advance amount also and he has to book afresh. If there is any difference in the 10% advance amount between the first and the second booking the additional amount will be collected from the user. If it is less than the first room booked and the difference amount will not be refunded. For example if the first time a room is booked for Rs.1,000/- and the user has paid Rs.100/- towards website charges and Rs.50/- for hotel management. When he cancels the room Rs.50/- will not be refunded by the hotel. If he books another room for Rs.1,000/- within a month then there is no need for him to pay the 10% advance amount to the website.

Whereas in the second time if he books a room for Rs.2,000/- then he has to pay additional Rs.100/- towards the advance amount to the site, as 10% of Rs.2,000/- is Rs.200/- so the difference amount will be collected from the user.

In 3rd scenario, for the second time if the user books a room for Rs.800/- then will not get Rs.20/- additional amount paid in the first instance, because 10% of Rs.800/- is Rs.80/- but it will not be adjusted in the subsequent booking.

For security purposes, the User must provide 24hrscheckin with correct credit or debit card details in order to refund any amount either by the hotel or 24hrscheckin. For using the card different banks may charge different user charges which have to be borne by the user or customer. 24hrscheckin may cancel the booking at its sole discretion in case such bank or credit card details as provided by the User are found incorrect.

The user can give their opinion about the hotel in the remarks column only when they have stayed in that hotel using our platform. Without using our platform and without staying in hotel any review is made by the user, 24hrscheckin has every right to remove such reviews and photos from the user account without any notice to the user.

24hrscheckin will have absolutely no liability related to any User generated Content arising under intellectual property rights, libel, privacy, publicity, obscenity or other laws. 24hrscheckin also disclaims all liability with respect to the misuse, loss, modification or unavailability of any User generated Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24hrscheckin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory with respect to the 24hrscheckin Service for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential loss or punitive damages, or any loss of or corruption of data, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, profits or revenues caused by:

a. errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies on the information provided a. personal injury or property damage resulting from your use ; a. any unauthorized use ; a. any interruption or cessation ; a. any viruses or malicious code transmitted to or through the 24hrscheckin Service by any third party; a. any Content whether submitted by a User, including User’s use of Content; and/or a. the removal or unavailability of any Content.

Assignment

• You cannot assign or otherwise transfer the Terms of Use, or any rights granted hereunder to any third party. 24hrscheckin rights under the Terms of Use are freely transferable by 24hrscheckin to any third party without the requirement of seeking your consent.

Report Abuse and Grievance Redressal

• In the event you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms of Use or if you become aware of any objectionable Content on the 24hrscheckin Service or if you wish to report a grievance or concern regarding the 24hrscheckin Service, please provide/report a detailed description of your grievance to the Grievance Officer, who shall endeavour to redress the concern within 30 working days from the date of escalation.

• In compliance of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder and also in compliance of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are given in the web site.

11. 24hrscheckin Refer and Earn Terms and Conditions

• “Domestic Hotel” shall mean accommodation, villa, homestay, hostel, apartment, resort, cottage, guest house, holiday home, BnB, camp, houseboat, lodge, palace, tree house etc. which are available for booking through the 24hrscheckin web site.

• 24hrscheckin Mobile Application” ( as and when it is introduced in the market) shall mean latest version of 24hrscheckin android or iOS based mobile application installed on the internet compatible Device of the User.

• 24hrscheckin does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the User.

• 24hrscheckin, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions without any prior intimation. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions section.

• Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the 24hrscehckin Parties harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the User

• 24hrscheckin is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms. 24hrscheckin decision will be final and binding on all the parties in case of these terms and conditions.

• 24hrscheckin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad.

Booking modification

Any modification on existing reservation can be done only once and within a month that facility has to be utilized. When such modification is made 5% advance paid to the Hotel will not be refunded whereas the 10% advance paid to 24hrscheckin will be considered for next date of booking, provided the room accommodation is utilized within one month from the date of first check in date.

Due to delay in arrival of flight/train/bus or any other mode if the user wants to change the slot they can inform the hotel at least twelve hours before the first allotted slot. If room is available then the hotel can consider the revised slot for check in or else the hotel will continue with the original check in time for all purposes.

Right to cancel:

24hrscheckin has the right to cancel the booking in the following conditions:

a. If the check in is for unauthorized purpose.

b. Any Government or investigation approach 24hrscheckin to cancel the booking, then 24hrscheckin will cancel such bookings with or without the knowledge of the user, for which 24hrscheckin will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the user because of such cancellation.

If the hotel refused to provide accommodation to the user for reason on behavioural issues, health hazards, public safety, government orders etc neither the hotel nor 24hrscheckin will take any responsibility to compensate the user for the loss user incurred.

Information provided by the hotel about the hotel, rooms, services and the restaurant facilities are not verified by 24hrscheckin, user has to take all care to book with proper knowledge and if the things displayed on the website is not provided by the hotel then 24hrscheckin will not be held responsible for any deficit services and amenities provided by the hotel.

The user should return all appliances and inventories in good working condition and if there is any fault is noticed and hotel management ask for compensation it has to be paid by the user.

24hrschechin employee representative and promoters will not contact the user to get their credit/debit card details or any other financial details. User should be very vigilant while receiving such calls from any fake person and any financial loss will not be compensated by 24hrscheckin.
